It is a blend of soy sauce base, Suyakame's signature Shinshu miso, and pureed apples, another Nagano Prefecture specialty. No synthetic seasonings are added, so you can enjoy the taste of the natural ingredients themselves.
This sauce is made from only natural ingredients and is packed with the deliciousness of Nagano!
It can be used not only as a sauce for BBQ meat, but also for various dishes such as seasoning for fried chicken.
Shelf life: 180 days
Storage method: Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight (after opening, store in a refrigerator and use as soon as possible).
