Cancellation policy

Article 4 (purchase of product)

1. Users can purchase products from the Company using the Service. The transaction conditions for product purchases by Users vary depending on the product.

2. Users can apply to purchase products from the Company by the method specified by the Company, after confirming the transaction conditions stated on the Product Page at their own responsibility.

3. A Product Sales Agreement shall be concluded between the Member and the Company when the Company sends an acceptance email to the email address registered by the User, in response to the application in Paragraph 2.

4. Even if an application is received in Paragraph 2, the Company may not accept the application due to insufficient stock, inability to deliver due to disaster or bad weather, or other circumstances.

5. The Company may cancel a Product Sales Agreement at its discretion in any of the following cases:

  1. If it becomes impossible or difficult to provide the product to the Purchaser due to insufficient stock, inability to deliver due to disaster or bad weather, or other circumstances.
  2. If there has been fraudulent or inappropriate conduct by the Purchaser, or if there are strong suspicions of such conduct.
  3. If the credit card company designated by the Purchaser reports a failure to obtain credit or similar issue.
  4. If it is difficult for the Purchaser to pay the Product Price, or if there are strong suspicions of such circumstances.
6. The Company may not permit the use of the Service by a User in the following cases. In such cases, the Company shall not be obliged to disclose the reasons for its decision.

  1. If the User does not exist, or if the Company cannot contact the User at the address, location, phone, email, or other contact information provided by the User.
  2. If there is false information, errors, omissions, or other deficiencies in the User Information.
  3. If the User is a minor and the Company cannot confirm that the User has obtained consent from their legal representative.
  4. If the User is an adult ward, a person under curatorship, or a person under assistance, and the Company cannot confirm that the User has obtained consent from their guardian, curator, or assistant, etc.
  5. If the User has previously had their use of services operated by the Company or its group companies suspended due to a violation of terms or similar reasons.
  6. If the User is an Anti-Social Force, etc.
  7. Other cases where the Company deems that there are circumstances inappropriate for the User to use the Service.
