Refund policy

Article 6 (Return / Release by purchaser)

  1. The purchaser will cancel the product sales contract only if the type, quality or quantity of the received product does not meet the contents of the product sales contract (hereinafter referred to as "unsatisfactory contracts"), and the product is canceled and the Company. You can ask for a return. Except when there are other provisions in these Terms, in other cases, it cannot be returned to the product for any reason.
  2. The period in which the purchaser can request the product return as specified in the preceding paragraph shall be limited to within eight days from the day after receiving the product.

  4. Buyers may request the Company for damages due to unsatisfactory product contracts, instead of returned products based on paragraph 1. In this case, it is not possible to return the product, regardless of the provisions of Paragraph 1.
  5. The period in which damages can be claimed due to the unsatisfactory product of the product as specified in Paragraph 4 shall be limited to the period specified in Paragraph 2.
  6. The responsibility for our purchasers regarding the product contract is limited to the one specified in this Article. Purchasers cannot pursue legal responsibilities, such as other posters and reductions of the product price, due to unsatisfactory contracts for the product.
  7. The purchaser shall notify the company for a considerable period of time and time by the date and time specified in the product sales contract, and if the product does not reach within that period, cancel the product sales agreement. You can do it. However, this is not the case after the product reaches.
  8. The buyer cannot cancel the product sales contract regardless of whether it is specified in this section or any reason.
  9. If the purchaser falls into a consumer, the restrictions on the Company's responsibilities in paragraphs 2, paragraph 4, 5 and 6 shall not apply if the Company is intentionally or gross.
