Shinshu Acacia Honey

Acacia honey is characterized by its delicate aroma and refreshing taste. Among all the varieties offered by Ogihara Beekeeping, it is the most mellow and has a smooth, light consistency. It is perfect not only for bread and yogurt but also as a versatile sweetener for a wide range of cooking.

Ogihara Beekeeping is located in the Karuizawa area, surrounded by lush, verdant mountains. We harvest nectar from various blossoms, including horse chestnut and acacia trees planted in our own "Honey Farm," as well as local apple, chestnut, and buckwheat flowers.

Our honey is extracted using only a centrifuge; it is 100% raw honey with no heat treatment or additives. Because it is a completely natural product, the color may vary slightly even when harvested from the same type of flower.

Japanese honey is produced in a humid climate, giving it a higher moisture content and a smoother texture compared to honey from overseas. We invite you to brighten your daily meals with our specially crafted honey.
