Brewed using "Sarukura no Izumi" spring water, certified as one of the Ministry of the Environment's 100 Best Waters of Japan, and carefully polished Shinshu-grown "Miyama Nishiki" rice (to 55%) through long-term, low-temperature fermentation.

This is a Junmai Ginjo with an elegant Ginjo aroma and a rich, mellow flavor.
