A sake packed with subtle aroma and the umami unique to an un-filtered Genshu (undiluted sake).

Its elegant aroma, reminiscent of apples, and clean palate, containing a deep umami, can be enjoyed on any occasion.

＜Kikusui Karakuchi Junmai Alc.15% (Kikusui Brewery)＞

Brewed with contract-farmed "Takane Nishiki" rice from Nagano Prefecture, polished to 65%.

A dry Junmai sake with a firm taste, strong acidity, and a satisfyingly dry palate that showcases the flavor of the rice.

＜Inokashira Junmai Ginjo Alc.15% (Kasuga Brewery)＞

A Junmai Ginjo sake with a fruit-like aroma and a slightly sweet mouthfeel.

Its clean and soft flavor is recommended even for sake beginners.

＜Kuromatsu Senjo Karakuchi Junmai Alc.17% (Senjo)＞

The characteristics of Shinshu-grown Miyama Nishiki rice are fully drawn out, resulting in a dry sake with a sharp finish.

Its clean flavor is easy to drink and pairs exceptionally well with food.

＜Kikusui Sarukura no Izumi Junmai Ginjo Alc.15% (Kikusui Brewery)＞

Brewed using "Sarukura no Izumi" spring water, certified as one of the Ministry of the Environment's 100 Best Waters of Japan. Shinshu-grown "Miyama Nishiki" rice is meticulously polished to 55% and fermented slowly at low temperatures.

This is a Junmai Ginjo with an elegant Ginjo aroma and a rich, mellow flavor.
