You can enjoy its strength when chilled, and its flavor expansion when served as nurukan (lukewarm).
＜Shinano no Kataribe Alc.15% (Osawa Brewery)＞
A Junmai sake with a gorgeous and light mouthfeel, made from the sake-suitable rice "Hitogokochi" produced in Kasuga, Saku City, and polished to 60%.
We aim for a safer and more secure sake by using sake rice grown with reduced pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

A glossy Junmai sake with moderate acidity and richness, made using contract-farmed sake rice from the local area.
The umami of the rice is particularly enhanced when served as atsukan (hot sake).
