A Light and Easy-to-Drink Junmai Sake

This is a Junmai sake made with Miyama Nishiki rice, cultivated through contract farming with local farmers and polished to 65%, using yeast strain Kyokai No.901.

Valuing what only a small brewery can achieve, all brewing processes—from rice preparation to pressing—are performed by hand.

It has a calm, mild aroma. The ideal serving temperature is around 10°C, or its balance is maintained even when served as nurukan (lukewarm sake). The temperature range around 40°C is highly compatible, as the sweetness is amplified and a sense of mellowness is also felt.
