This Junmai Daiginjo is made from 50% Omachi sake rice produced in Okayama Prefecture, which is attracting attention as the root of Yamada-Nishiki. The result is a rich, full-bodied sake with a full-bodied flavor.
It has a gorgeous aroma and a creamy, mildly acidic taste.
It has a deep lingering aftertaste and a surprisingly delicious flavor, and its charm is enhanced by drinking it chilled.
It was awarded a gold medal at the 2021 Kura Master.
