Kijoshu is a Japanese sake with a rich and noble sweetness, made by using sake as part of the brewing water.
This luxurious product is made by using “Junmai Daiginjo made from 100% Koshitanrei” produced in Niigata Prefecture as part of the preparation of Junmai Daiginjo.
It has a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness.
It is also delicious served over vanilla ice cream or mixed 1:1 with strong carbonated soda with lemon!
This product was exhibited at Sake Matsuri Singapore 2024.
