About product delivery
All products will be delivered directly from Japan to your registered address.
At the moment, delivery is only in Singapore. Delivery areas will be expanded sequentially.
Some products cannot be delivered due to import regulation status of each country for delivery abroad. Please understand.
We mainly use Japan Post International Speed Post (EMS) for delivery outside Japan. In the case of delivery to Japan, we mainly use Yamato Transport.
The delivery fee will be displayed on the cart screen at the time of purchase.
The calculation method of shipping fee depends on the size and weight of the product, or the delivery method used by our company.
We will ship within 14 business days after receiving the order from the customer.
Please note that the arrival date may fluctuate depending on the weather and the situation of the shipping company.
Currently, it is not supported by specifying a specific date and time.
It is not open on weekends/holidays.
If the order is returned according to the customer's reason (such as a mistake in the delivery address), the delivery fee will be borne by the customer.
About tariffs and import tax
* This section applies when products are shipped from Japan to outside Japan.
In accordance with the regulations of each country, it is not possible to lower the invoice display price or declare it as a gift. All orders are described and declared as "product".
Depending on the type of product, there may be customs duties imposed upon arrival. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm and bear any taxes associated. Additionally, our company is not responsible for any matters related to customs clearance.
Please place orders for items that can be cleared through customs in advance. If items are refunded or confiscated by the customs at the destination, our company cannot take responsibility. The decision regarding refunds will be at the discretion of our company. Please use the 'Contact Us' form, select the 'Order Details' tab, and provide details of your inquiry.
About the order
Your order history can be reviewed by accessing 'my account' > 'Order History.' For inquiries related to your order, please utilize the 'Contact Us' form. Choose the 'Order Details' tab and provide details of your inquiry.
When the order is shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent to the registered e -mail address, and the order status of the order history will be "shipped".
The delivery method and tracking number for the order are described in the shipping notification email. When tracking, please use the tracking service of each delivery company.
If the product does not arrive, first use the tracking service of the delivery company to confirm the delivery status. If the solution cannot be solved, Please inquiry by selecting the tab of "Order Details" and describe the contents of the inquiry.
