Link Nagano is an online shop operated by 82 Link Nagano Co., Ltd., offering products from Nagano Prefecture. Our aim is to share the culture and charm of Nagano Prefecture by providing a wide range of customers with access to products from the region. We hope that through experiencing Nagano-made products, customers can connect with and appreciate the rich cultural heritage and allure of Nagano Prefecture.
LINK NAGANO does not have a store. Instead, all products are sent directly from Japan to maintain the freshness of the product.
Even if you are outside Japan, you can order Nagano prefecture products directly. You can meet rare products that are hard to obtain in your own country.

About changes in order / cancellation
We are very sorry, but we do not accept changes or cancellations after ordering.

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns and exchanges in principle due to customer's convenience.
