This samurai kabuto helmet is made on the model of Yukimura Sanada, the famous Sengoku warlord of Ueda, Nagano. The deer-horn decoration symbolizing Yukimura Sanada, who was called Japan's greatest warlord, and the Rokumon-sen, Sanada's family emblem, are impressive.
In Japan, there is a tradition to display a Kabuto in May to wish for the health of the child.
